The first in this three-part series for Winter Warriors
Cold sores
Suffering from the very uncomfortable problem of cold sores, is very prevalent in the Winter when our immune systems are in decline.
Here are a few recommendations to ease this problem
- Rainforest Cream when applied directly ideally before the breakout, will drastically reduce the sore due to its active ingredient of Cat’s Claw (Uncaria tomentosa), No cats were harmed in the making of this! Cat’s claw is a woody vine that grows wild in the Amazon rainforest and other tropical areas of Central and South America. Its thorns resemble a cat’s claws.
- Recovery of painful blisters if you didn’t reach it in time apply Hemp Lip balm as often as needed, as it rich in antioxidants and much needed moisture.
- Lavender oil is great at speeding up the healing process and can be applied twice a day to help with any light scarring.
- Take daily until the immune system has recovered Echinacea Master Blend Extract or use the throat spray.
